“Exercise has always been a part of my life. I have always considered myself an active person. However, the fundamental reasons behind my working out were always misplaced. I did not view exercise as a celebration of the body but rather a chore I must complete in order to balance my caloric intake. Since training with Kirsten, I have finally learnt to be immensely proud of all my body can do. I have learnt that the purpose of exercise is not muscle building but mental building.
