Let’s chat home equipment
One of the most frequently asked questions that I get is: “Do I have to buy a lot of equipment to do your program?”
Nope! When I design a workout plan for you it is completely adaptable and specific to the equipment that YOU have at your disposal.
Where do I start?
There is no need to stock up on machinery that you might not use in future. Instead I suggest investing in a few simple and small items that you will get a lot of use out of now and post lockdown.
My home equipment:
- Dumbbell set 1kg – 4kg
- Resistance loops (I recommend getting a set of 3 with different strengths)
- Ankle weights
- Yoga mat
- Skipping rope
- Pilates Ball
- Resistance trainer
(All of the above are available from Sportsmans Warehouse or Takealot)
What I’m missing most
I cant explain just how much I miss seeing my clients, catching up and being hands on in the gym, I am also really missing my own sessions on the stepper machine, squatting a barbell and just playing around on equipment.
Lets keep doing our best with what WE have.
